Description
The monoclonal antibody Avi-PA(S)®-MAb 1.1 (recombinant mouse IgG1) recognizes the Proline/Alanine-rich sequence PA(S)#1 both alone and when conjugated or fused to another protein or drug. This antibody, originally derived from hybridoma cells, was cloned, transiently expressed in HEK cells and purified via protein A affinity chromatography. Each batch is tested via Western blotting prior to shipping.
